It suggested color, wealth, joy, opulence… Working with a saffron imagery is like telling all these stories at once. For Ambre Safrano, I adorned it with the golden finery of amber, as if to make it even more precious. Sandalwood, vanilla, and oak wood complete the process of shaping it into a leathery skin that enhances it.”
